Membership Pro: Very Urgent Clarification

I have sent so many mails but got no response. Please I would like to have the following pre-sales clarifications before purchasing this item. Does your extension have the following functionality or is it possible to make adjustments to the under-listed:

1. Is there the possibility to create a new payment plugin called Pin code plugin which functions similarly to the coupon function. Ability to generate pin codes in bulk or Mass importing of coupon code created externally. Is it also possible to view the History of pin code used e.g. who used the pin codes and when. In a nutshell, What we want to achieve is accepting total payment using scratch card pin codes. You can see it is basically coupon code processing. The only difference is that it is selected as a payment method not just the typical coupon code (discounting) feature which you have predefined in the membership pro. If you ain't clear about this, please let me know.

2. Change currency payment sign from dollar to naira.

3.Is it possible to allow users to register and automatically get assigned to a default plan. After the expiration of the default plan and they login again, they should be shown the plans available. By clicking on a new plan, i would appreciate being directed to make payment rather than seeing a signup form. In other words, If the user has logged in before being redirected to the subscription page, would they still be directed to fill the subscription form again. Can there be a shortcut to the payment page and bye-pass the subscription form.

4. Is it possible to request for a new payment plugin (mobile phone credit plugin) which would be configured using a shortcode messaging system to deduct subscription fees directly from the subscriber's mobile phone credit. The plugin should display 2 fields; the first field should obtain the mobile phone number to be charged (typed by the customer) while the second field should accept a verification code (sent by sms by e.g. clickatell). The verification code is to ensure that the phone number to be charged actually belongs to the subscriber. If verification code is successful, billing should proceed else billing should fail. Once successfully, the subscriber should be automatically debited.

5. Is it possible to restrict multiple concurrent login access with the same login details. i.e. Only 1 or 2 active session of a user per time.

6. Is there an ability to set a default payment plan

7. Aside from the theme used in the demo subscription and registration form, are there other theme for subscription and registration. The demo subscription form or registration form looks too simple.

Back to your requirement, unfortunately, Membership Pro doesn't have support for the features you are asking about (I don't think there are any available extensions can be used for your requirement). So you will need to find a different solution

I would appreciate you responding to each of the requested requirement and also proffer a solution. Custom coding or whatever. I am sure some of the requirement is visible. I would also appreciate a cost estimate. Thanks.

Unfortunately, none of the requirements you are asking for are available in the extension. I am too busy and could not customize it for you. So it would be better if you find a different extension:

1. It is clear that you will need to customize the code :

- To be able to create coupon codes
- To be able to view the usage report
- Make it is possible to use it as a payment method

So this one is not simply a payment method as you said

2. I don't think Paypal payment gateway support naira currency, so it is not possible to use it as well

3. We don't have default plan feature. All users who want to become subscribers need to sign up via Membership Pro and choose the plan they want

4. It is not supported and it is too difficult to support it in Membership pro

5. Membership Pro doesn't handle login process. It is a Joomla core feature. Right now, I don't think Joomla has that resstriction. It seems there is third party extension (I don't know which one - just think that there is one) allows you to restrict access so that one user can login using one account at a time. You could not define how many users can use same account to login

6. As answered before, there is no default plan feature in the extension

7. We don't have any other themes. It is just use twitter bootstrap for rendering form and fields. It is the most common usage in our extensions (and in any forms in Joomla, I think)

Hope the answers are clear to you now. I think none of extensions can be use for your project, so you will need to find one, then hire a good Joomla developer to customize it for you to meet your own need

Thanks for the clarification Tuan. We would we search further for alternative extension. In as much as we would love to use the membership pro, we are constrained by its limitations based on our needs. However, if we are unable to get an alternative extension then we may need to re-adjust our needs to accommodate the functionality of membership pro as it is at the moment. Thanks for the response. Yes. As I mentioned before, I don't think there is any existing extensions have all of these requirements implement. So you will need to take the best one, then customize it to meet your own need. Good luck .
