Why i cant access to My download. I want download the update of membership pro but when i try to enter in My download it says No documents purchased, but i Bought your extension in the 28/02/2015
For some reasons, the order is not associated to your account. So please submit a support ticket letting me know the Paypal Transaction ID of your purchase. I will find order, assign it to your account so that you can download it
