Does eshop offer multi vendor selling

Hi

We are a development team based in India. We need to buy eshop for a very big client of ours. Need to know urgently does eshop offer a multi vendor/store feature. That is, can registered users upload products on frontend and receive payment directly in their own payment account as an example on their own Paypal account and we get a commission on it.

I read a answer to a similar question but that was 1 and a half years ago. Need to know is the option available now.

If not is it possible to do it using ACL (Access control level). How will it work in frontend for vendors do it everything from frontend.
