We are a sailing school based in Spain. We currently use virtuemart
and ohanah so that potential students can:
1 purchase online courses
2 reserve courses
We are looking for a better (and simpler) solution and we're
considering purchase of:
- Events booking: for courses with a start and end date
- Payment form: for online courses with no dates
- Services booking: for yacht charter (boat hire)
Before we purchase these products, I have some questions...
1 Do the three components have independent backend management? If so,
this would be difficult for reports. How have other clients used the
products together?
2 Is it simple to edit CSS and make the components more similar to our
joomla template?
3 Do all products support invoices? Are they in the same admin component?
4 Do invoices allow for different VAT rates (including 0 tax) for
different products / poduct types?
5 Do all roducts integrate with Pay Pal Pro (Integral)?
6 With events booking, is it possible to have multi-day events? e.g. in one purchase, book an event with timetable Friday 1600-2000 and Saturday 0900-1300
