VAT feature - small issue with Greece VAT

VAT feature - small issue with Greece VAT was created by ciar4n
Hi Tuan

There appears to be a small issue with VAT numbers from Greece, valid VAT numbers are coming up as invalid. When Greece is selected as country on the checkout screen, the VAT number fields becomes appended with 'GR'. This should be 'EL' which I suspect is the cause of the issue.

If you could point me in the direction of a quick fix it would be much appreciated?

Could you try to get this file, unzip it, upload the received file to components/com_osmembership/assets/js folder and check it again ?

Hi Tuan

Sorry to say that does not appear to work. The field is no appended by 'EL' however the number remains invalid. I have checked the number at the following so it appears to be a valid number.. ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatResponse.html

I will send a copy of the number via Skype
