We are doing some recreational sports and have few events per week. They are repeating weekly or bi-weekly. We send mails (invitations) to participants and they confirm their presence in two days. After deadline, if we miss some players we send another invitation to "backup" group of people in order to get enough players.
Is it possible to cover this scenario with your application?

create public event?
assign event to one group - (example: Group A)?
send invitation over email to group (members) to accept invitation?
after a while if there is no enough participants, assign event to another (backup) group - Group B
can event be shared to FB, Twitter... by group members or creator of event?
in case of recurent weekly event, can invitations be sent every week (automaticaly or manualy by admin of group)?
can admin see who confirmed presence?
can participants check-in when they attend event in order to track presence?
can admin check-in participants in order to track their presence?
Send reminders to participants on the day of event?
Export event in google calendar or outlook ?
