I made the purchase of the component Events Booking the 27/01/2015
when I try to login, I am shown this message "Login denied! Your Account Has Been either blocked or you have not activated it yet." why?
I also tried the password recovery with the link "Forgot your password?" but I get this message “Notice - Reset password failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error, please contact an administrator.”
you could solve the problem?
I have written several times but have not received any answer and to try to resolve I had to create a new account
the parameters of the previous account are

As replied via support ticket, I activated your account and also assigned the order to your new account. You can login using one of the two accounts now to download latest version of the extension
