compatibility with YooTheme Zoo_Catalog

I am using YooTheme Peak (Joomla 3.x - current) with the zoo_catalog extension and need to know what integration is available using eShop and Zoo. ie... would I be recreating a new shop or can I use eShop to simply add the cart function then checkout to my existing product catalog?

I would like to run the shop as follows:
• Product Catalog (YooTheme zoo_catalog app)
• Cart function with each item in catalog
• Cart updated at top of page in toolbar position
• Checkout function (but not for direct payment on checkout) ... I need to check current real inventory for size and color as I will not be able to keep inline inventory up to date...
• once inventory/availability is confirmed an invoice would be sent to customer with (I'm hoping) choice of payment through:
- Paypal
- Square Register invoice
- customer sent cheque
- customer phoned in Visa/MC details
• Once the invoice has been paid I would then like to confirm this in eShop and have it automatically reduce my online inventory
• I would assume a manual inventory reduction would also be possible as we also run a store front operation
The most important feature initially is the zoo_catalog integration at this point. I don't want to have to recreate this in eShop if at all possible

EShop is a Joomla Shopping Cart extension, it has its own shopping cart features and currently, we don't have integration between EShop and Zoo Catalog extension so I am afraid that you must find another extension instead of EShop.
