off line payments

Hallo!
In my eshop I need to create 3 payment methods , the first is payment to a bank account , the second is payment to the courier when the product is received by the customer and the third payment to the shop when the customer wants to come to the shop to receive the product, for all 3 methods the payment will beeith money , no credit cards . When i installed the eshop it has only one offline payment plugin ...how can i create extra 2 offline payments so I can create the 2 other methods I need...?
