Is "OS Services Booking" suitable for small tourist agency for apartment booking?
These are needed features:
1. Seasonal prices - to be able to select seasons for prices:
low season: (from to dates) xx$ per night
mid: (from to dates) xx$ per night
high season (from to dates) xx$ per night
If yes, are seasons created per property, or globally, shared for all properties?
If yes per property, can those be copied over another proeprty?
2. Optional extras: to be able to set $$ for pet, $$ for air-condition, $$ for breakfast, extra bed, etc
(and ability to set these prices per guest or per booking or per night)
3. Booking calculator: when booking is made, it calculates price based on number of days, number of guests, selected extras, and in percentage, if percentage is set.?
4. Ability to disable booking calendars for certain properties?
5. Ability to show similar properties below full details of selected one?
6. Ability to manage listings via front end?
7. Ability to manage bookings via front end?
