Do campaigns need to have a goal amount?
=> Goal amount is optional. You can enter it for the campaign or not
2.Campaign Display and Module
Can this be configured to NOT display a goal amount?
=> Sorry, it could not be configured. You will need to edit code to remove the goal amount (it is easy)
3. Donor lists and modules:
Can these be configured to NOT show the amount each donor contributed?
Can these be configured to display username?
=> It could not be configured. You will need to edit the code abit to remove these information
4. Community Builder Plug-In
Does this publicly display a users donation history? Does it display amounts donated?
=> Yes, correct. However, the amount is still displayed. So you will need to edit code to remove it if you want.
