eShop Question

I just recently purchased Payment Forms and am working with it. I am very happy, so I am considering purchasing EShop.

The organization that I belong to wants to be able to sell merchandise via the website. They don't have a lot of product, perhaps only a couple dozen items. EShop really looks like its designed for a large scale eCommerce business. Can it be scaled down to just a single page and about a 24 items or does it have to be setup like the demo? Can it ingrate into our current website? The demo looks like its a stand alone site.
