I installed Mailer Pro on two Joomla domains and thought everything went ok. Until I checked the mailer pro on a test run on the two domains - one had an editor interface/window and the other was missing the editor. The Toggle Editor button is also missing. The site with the editor has been duplicated from the other so the configurations should be the same. What have I missed? Thanks
Maybe there is something wrong with the HTML editor you are using on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it for you ?

You are right, the problem was my fault - I had set my User profile to Editor: none while doing some javascript a while ago. Problem solved. Thanks, Elaine.
