1. Is there a way an employee / admin manually schedule a participant for an event, such as if they call with payment via phone? We are wanting to take both online and phone reservations for our events.
=> Yes. In this case, you (admin) can simply add new registration record from back-end of your site
2.. If an event is set to have a maximum number of participants, once that maximum is reached can an admin override / add more participants? At times we would want to overbook an event by a few people, but without opening it to the public.
=> Yes. Adding new registrants from back-end is not affected by this capacity limit. So in this case, you can add new registrants from back-end as well
