Can I import my HikaShop store to eShop?

Thank you for purchasing EShop CSV Advanced. Now, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the back-end log-in account to yours site so our support staff will go there to export data from HikaShop into CSV file, then we will do import for you.

I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago for assistance migrating to eShop. I've not had any response on the ticket or this forum post. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks in advance.

Im having the same issue, I placed a support ticket and have started to add the products via CSV import and then manually editing each product., around 580 products.

I am also waiting on the quick start guide for the Market Theme.

I was able to figure out the CSV Advanced component and get the data imported. Not a terribly difficult process. Thanks for providing the tool.

I agree with Mat's comments, great support and easy modules to use.
