Link / Track donors by campaign

I need to know which donors contributed to a particular campaign.
Is there any way to do this?

You can go to Joom Donation -> Donors, search for that donation record and you can see the campaign which is is contributed to.

I don't see how this is possible, as there is no field which mentions the campaign in the donor record, unless you use a custom field with a default value or if the donor enters it in comments. (using the single campaign layout). It is also inconvenient to search each record. There should be a search/sort option which lists and exports the donors in a particular campaign. How will I know which campaign to allocate the funds to?

Maybe you are not using Campaign feature ? Could you please go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, find the config option Activate Campaign feature, set it to Yes and try again ?

That is correct, I did not activate the campaign feature, because I did not want users to have to select a particular campaign - the url I sent directed them to the campaign I wanted. I realize now that you can have a "single campaign" layout, and the campaign field is displayed but not selectable by the user.

Yes. Joseph. When you choose a campaign in menu parameter, it will be pre-selected and could not be changed. I understand that you might want to hide that information, so so you can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site, we can edit the code alitle to hide this information for you
