Is the OS Property extension/component already included in the price of OS Real Estate Template costing 60? That is, if I buy the template is already included the extension/component?
Because I saw in the Joomla review that you can save if you buy the template as it include already the component. Just want to be sure before I commit.

The cost for OSP Real estate is 59.99 USD, this cost includes template and OS Property extension. So you only need to purchase template to get all.
