We don't need to reset password. In Joomla (we are using latest Joomla version), password is hashed (it is not plan password) by a strong hashing algorithm, so even you have the database with the hashed password, you could not know the actual package. In short, we are safe with this.

We have purchased the plugin and need the update and have sent in multiple support emails that have gone unanswered. Can someone please email me? I think that your website update removed your old users.
