Events Booking question

Dear Tuan,

Is it possible to only allow users to enter a specific event if they are within another event.

I would like to create an event called Deposit which costs £50, once this event is full with 1500 places taken up I would like to then create 9 different events from which only users who have a deposit can enter.

Is this possible?
