1. Yes, when published = 1

2. There are two ways to approve a subscription :

- When users complete payment for his subscription, the subscription will be approved automatically

- If users use offline payment for his subscription, admin can login, access to Membership Pro -> Subscribers, edit the record and change status from Pending to Paid
