how to buy components and templates ?

osp component and then the template that goes with it?
or the template directly ?

OS Property is Joomla extension, it can work on any kind of Joomla templates (2.5.x and 3.x) from different template clubs. But if you want to use OS Property with our template (were designed to use with OS Property), you only need to purchase template only, because OS Property is included in our template.
