Hi there,
I have just started to configure this, but I cant get anywhere..... I cant find any documentation on how to configue the shipping plugins.
In the Auspost plugin, there is only one postcode..... do I need to add every postcode???
I know it should be easy, but could you give me a link to some detailed documentation pls?

thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,
The postcode that you enter at the back-end of plugin will be the store post code, it will be used as "from postcode". The customer postcode that customer entered on the front-end side will be used as "to postcode". Australia post shipping requires "from postcode" and "to postcode" to show the shipping costs.
It is simple to use and I don't make any documentation for this plugin.
Sincerely, Giang

Hi Giang,
thanks for your quick reply.
I can normally work these things out myself, but in this case I am having a real problem.

I think I have configured everything properly, but::
  • if I use the normal austpost shipping plugin, then the shipping cost is ALWAYS the same, no matter what the postcode is.
  • if I use the Austpost Pro shipping plugin, then I cannot get ANY shipping estimate, and in addition, on the checkout, I get an error regarding no delivery method selected

I have attached a few screen prints to show you the problems I am having.
The screen prints all start with a number, and the numbers are:
  • Starting with 0, 1 and 2, are the configuration for the product and the 2 Auspost shipping plugins
  • Starting with 3 are the Shopping Cart and Checkouts for the Auspost Pro plugin
  • Starting with 4 are the Shopping Cart and Checkouts for the Auspost Standard plugin
When I was testing, I only had ONE of the plugins active at the same time.

Any ideas????

thanks
Mike
