Problems with Æ, Ø and Å (Danish letters)

I have found a problem with Event Booking regarding the Danish letters, Æ, Ø and Å.
The problem happens when I have pressed 'pay' - and have been sent to the payment page.
I have added a screen shot.

How do I change it, so that the page will show Æ, Ø and Å?

I think we will need to edit code to solve the problem with these special characters. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of the site so that we can do the modification ?
