I have sales tax set to NO on my new site. The very first purchase someone made, he got charged sales tax. I don't see how to fix it. Any ideas?
(I see I mistakenly posted this in the wrong section. Don't see how to delete it. Just delete or ignore. I re-posted it in the correct place)
