Error on agent register and emails

Hi, I'm working on a client site, it's a great extension.

Sorry, I posted it on wrong category, I'm talking about OS Property

1. When i'm trying to register as an Agent/owner it's not working, always says: "Security code is wrong"
2. Comment not submitting, it says "Cannot add the comment now, please try again later"
3. Request more details, Sharing and Agent contact form not working, it says "Email cannot be sent at this time, please try again later"

Other everything working fine.
