Can't access OS Property Demo

Everything I've read, so far, indicates that OS Property would be a good fit for my clients. I want to see the demo before making a final decision, but when I attempt to see the demo located at osproperty.ext4joomla.com/ , my AV program blocks it and says it's infected with BlackHat SEO and is unsafe for browsing.

I realize this might be an issue with the domain rather than the demo. Can someone look into this?

Thank you very much for your report. We have just scan the demo site and found the Blackhat Seo urls. And we have remove them. To be sure, we have already checked the demo site through Site Check. Here is the result.
