Thank you for your product os memebership. It is exciting getting this to work and the potential it has.
However I have a couple of glitches I am not sure how to resolve.
Firslty when i was testing out the membership processing - if I forgot a password when i clicked on that link it gave me the option of typing in my email- but below that it says captcha but without any sort of captcha invovled. and the captcha word has a star * next to it.
So when I click on submit - it comes back that fields were not filled. I am assuming it has something to do with the word captcha- so then I tried to disable captcha totally in the dashboard i think configuration. But that does not change this affect.
The second part is that I was having trouble with signing in- the I finally realised that myself as the administrator had to manually change the subscribers account to active- is that correct? Until I did that then they could not gain access to the sites membership pages. SO Is there a way to make that automatic- because I would like the subscriber to pay through paypal or whatever means and then have their subscription automatically accessible in case I am away or offline or at my day Job etc. that I cannot check for subscriptions and sort them.
Thanks so much.
Terry

=> The forgot password feature is handled by Joomla core, not by Membership Pro. In this case, seems there is something wrong with captcha setup on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can ask my dev to check it for you.

=> It should be automatic. As soon as users completed payment at Paypal, the subscription will be activated automatically. You won't have to approve it manually. If it doesn't work on your site, there might be some reasons
1. Your site is offline or is on a local computer and Paypal could not reach it to notify about the subscription ?
2. Paypal IPN is disabled on your Paypal account ?
3. Your server has Firewall software which blocks Paypal IPN messages ?
We can check it further after receiving information of your site.

Tuan
