Upgrade OS Property extension to OSP Template?

I am having some problems integrating your OS Property component into another paid Joomla template because it was not meant to be for real estate. Perhaps it would be faster if I were to purchase and modify your OSP Real Estate Template. Since I have already purchased your OS Property component last week and it's not possible to top up via the shopping cart, can I pay the full amount USD$59.90 for BOTH the OSP Real Estate Template and the Membership Pro component instead?

I have already paid and downloaded the template. I'm facing some problems (eg. JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file) with installing it although I tried to follow what the manual says. The template does not appear in the administrator's Template Manager either.

Where can I download the Membership Pro extension now?

To download Membership Pro, please click on My downloads at the top, you will see the list of purchased extensions.
By the way, we are able to setup the template for you. Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. My guy will install and configure the template into your site to make it like the demo.

When you mention Super Admin account, are your referring to the Joomla or FTP account? That means am I suppose to install a basic Joomla 3.3.3, and the leave the rest to your guys?
