I am considering Events Booking for the Joomla site for a car club. It's a nonprofit organisation, so I cannot risk buying the wrong module. Is there a demo for the admin area, so I can test how easy Events Booking works? Because there will be people creating events without a lot of Joomla experience.
=> Unfortuantely, we don't provide access to back-end of demo site. However, we provide money back warranty, so if you want to try, simply purchase a copy of the extension to try. If you are not happy with it, simply ask us for refund.
Also, I was wondering if there is a compacter version of the Up-coming Events module, which is on the right of this page: eventbooking.joomdonation.org/ - this one will take a bit too much space in the design of the current site
=> We don't have compacter version of the module. However, modify it to feet the width of your site is an easy task. If you purchase the product, we would be happy to do the modification for you.
I saw it's possible to use custom fields, which we use a lot (for example people can fill in how many t-shirts and which sizes they like for car club events), so it's important that this works simple and fast. Is it possible to make a template of custom fields, to use for multiple events, or maybe copy an event including all custom fields?
=> Events Booking allows you to assign custom fields to a category and all events from that category will have these same custom fields. So it is not an issue in this case.
