Questions regarding features OSP Real State

Pre-sales questions, please:

1) In template OSP Real State, is possible remove the panel "STOP LOOKING, START FINDING" (Search), leaving only the banner images?

2) I can create a menu that has the categories of properties (houses, apartments, land) that clicking, check out their respective category?

3) After opening the "Sidebar", I click anywhere on the site after it, brings me back to the top of the site. I think this is a mistake. I can remove the "Sidebar"?

4) I can leave the default currency as USD Brazil for all properties?

5) In advanced search, states and cities are in the USA. I can configure states and cities of Brazil as default?
