No location map in 1.6.5

When offering an event via a list in ?option=com_eventbooking&view=category, each event has a 'Details+" box to click. One of the items on this is the location. This is not highlighted or hot-linked to the map.

Events offered via ?option=com_eventbooking&view=event DO have the highlighted/hot link.

Maybe the location you entered has an empty address ? In our code, if the address of location empty, we will just display title of the location.

Maybe you can check ?

I guess this is an undocumented feature of the new version?! All of our locations have lat and long.Most of our locations have no address - they are our in the woods or along a highway. That was never a problem before. We can add some description like "on highway near big pine tree" but would prefer the location be displayed as long as we have a lat and long.

Yes John. That's a un-documented feature. Some of our clients just need to display the name of the location, not the link to google map (for example, the location might be a website).

After discussing with some clients, we decided that if location doesn't have an address, we just display location name instead of linking to google map

I will think more about your case and might change it in the next release. For now, please get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking/views/event/tmpl folder of your site and it will work well for now
