Front-end category

Hi, I have read Edocman feauture but I haven't understed if is possible to manage category from front-end.
I nedd to grant some user to add/remove category from front-end. Is possible with edocman?
How ACL works in new front-end category? is inheretid from parent category?

Unfortunately, EDocman doesn't allow you to manage categories from front-end, it is only possible to manage categories from back-end of your site.
