I Post this topic here in order to let know everybody the nonexistent Support for some paids extensions concretely VM2 Shipping pro.
I have post, tickets, mails, forums but there is no answer in weeks. So if you are going to buy this extension do it knowing that you have NOT SUPPORT.

Hi again Joaquin,
I have just replied you via Support Ticket system. I am so sorry for delaying in reply to you. That because I had a summer holiday and I was too busy after coming back. The feature that you want is not supported by our Shipping Pro extension. In the ticket, I was asking you to confirm so I can find a solution for what you want.
Please following the ticket to get the supports.
