eShop Does not load Checkout correctly

Hi, I am testing eShop in my website and when I add items then proceed to checkout all I get is the six steps of the checkout process but no buttons to go forward or backward. I can use breadcrumbs to go back to eShop and then sometimes it works correctly, but never on the first occasion.
Please help.

Hello Brian,
Steps in the checkout of EShop are dependent each other. You can not see next steps if the current step has been still not completed yet. However, you are able to edit the previous steps any time.
To go to other page than checkout, you can click on menu items of EShop.
Please explain more about the problem that you have so I can help.

I am thinking that the problem exists mainly because I require the shopper to be registered before buying anything because when I test it as a public user it works fine.
Attached are some screen shots. I am currently logged in as a registered user but I have the rights to get to the shop and buy, but I get stuck at the page in image Untitled-2.png
