OS Property Template

Hi,

Just purchased and install the OS Property component, I would prefer to use the OSP Template; how do I go about purchasing the template without the component.
Also do I need to unistall the component?

You can go ahead to purchase the template and let us know your Paypal account, we will process to refund the money of OS Property transaction. You also don't need to uninstall the component.

I did not use Paypal and prefer not to use it for safety reasons; I used my credit card to purchase the OS Property component and will use my credit card to purchase the OS Property template. Are you able to credit my credit card for the OS Property component I purchased earlier?
