Frontend Event Submission not working

I've looked at this posting [#13639] on the above referenced issue but the "Go to Event Booking ->Configuration, find the config option "Users/Groups can add events from front-end"," option is not there. I'm using the latest version 1.6.4.

I want only a certain group to be able to create events in one category from the front end. The rest will be done from the back end.

Hmm... the post identified above was not as clear as the documentation. I do not see this information in PDF. Right now I have put it in a Scrapbook and am converting it to PDF if you want I can send that here.

Yes. The post was for old version of Events Booking. The documentation was re-written about one or two months ago, so it is accurate and more clear than the old one.

If you can send us the PDF version of the documentation, that would be great.
