I was going to build my real estate website with this tool but when I went through the backend demo I think it lacked some of the features as my my requirement. Following is a list as desired by me.
1. Nested property types, with parent and child, just like in categories. And map categories with property types.
As I want to put Residential and Commercial Properties with different types like Apartments, Villas, Plots, Industry, Developer Floors etc.
2. Different measurement units for different property types:
Some property types like residential land is measured in Sq. Yds or Sq.m or acres, Flats are measured in sq.ft.
But this solution has only two types, sqm and sqft and only one can be used at a time. Unit conversion is not necessary, but it should only display the correct unit against the property types.
3. I also have a different property type called New Projects, in which residential apartments or commercial spaces to be constructed are listed. In this type I have to display size range and price range. Like a project to be constructed has different sizes of 2 BHK,3BHK,4BHk with sizes 1100 sqft , 1800 sqft and 2400 sqft. So in the front end I want to display sizes ranging from 1100 sqft to 2400 sqft and price ranging from Rs. 1 Crore to 4 crore.
4.I would also like to add Manage Region for specific Cities in settings in Location Tab.
Please let me know if these features are possible to be added, as I want to purchase the os property component
