Will it automatically give people a password and logon to their correct user group and deny them access to the material of the other groups?
Users will need to enter the username and password he wants in subscription form so that the system can create an account for them and assign them to the correct groups so that they can access to the materials which they are allowed.
Also do I need to buy the template for paypal as well, but that won't work because I don't have paypal pro
No, you don't. You just need to use Standard Paypal account. The extension has Paypal Standard payment plugin come with it already !
