Hi Pedro,
If you setup the featured upgrade amount is 0. Agent won't need to pay to upgrade their properties from standard to featured. But they aren't able to change featured properties to standard.

Yes, of course, we can make the modification to add the feature that allow agents to change Featured properties to Standard
