Phone numbers missing first 0 when CSV exports

Phone numbers missing first 0 when CSV exports was created by webgeeze
Can you point me in the right direction.

When registrants are exported using the Export Registrants option, it shows the phone number minus the first 0

for example, a registrant with 07755 123456 is exported into CSV as 7755 123456

Is this something I need to change in the CSV data.php file?
