Membership: Limit access to category or tag, etc.

Hello, let me share the use case I am working on:
The local newspaper releases on a weekly basis. Each article is posted in Joomla in appropriate category (sports, etc.). Subscribers should be able to buy access to specific release(s), e.g. 1/2014, 1-26/2014. Articles should be somehow tagged with release number, so user can see only those that comes from releases that he has bought.
Could be that scenario realized with Membership Pro? If so, how? I would greatly appreciate any help, so far this plugin looks very promising.

To be honest, I don't really understand what you want to do in this case. However, in Membership Pro, we have a way to allow you to setup it so that users from a plan can access to what articles. Maybe it will work for you in this case ?
