Product Tabs not working

Under EShop>Configuration>Product Page we have selected 'Yes' for Related Products tab. The tab is displayed on each product page, but does not open, even when a related product has been specified under Products>Data>Related Products.

We've also added a description in the Tab 1 Title, "Box Construction", for one of our products. The new tab appears correctly, alongside the Related Products tab, at www.sierrastorage.com/services/onlinestore/boxes/box-kit.html . Neither this new tab nor the existing Related Products tab function on this product page.
