I have a question. Is it possible to set the shipping cost based on category and quantity with your Shipping Pro Virtuemart Add-on?

Hello Taner,
You should use Category Shipping add-on instead of Shipping Pro. Check it out at: joomdonation.com/add-ons/virtuemart-add-...tegory-shipping.html
