question regarding client inormation in osbooking

This looks absolutely perfect for what I want for my hairdressing salon. I could use this like a cloud based system directly through the website. I would like to know if there is any area where information regarding the clients services history is or can be stored and accessed quickly. I would like to be able to use this in my salon, can I also use this for retail sales in the actual salon or does it only work as online credit card processing, if not can a pos (point of sales) system be attached to it and do you know if Joomla has such a extension?
I notice in the reviews you helped someone apply this system for their salon _ I would be interested to know what you were able to do.

Hi Sandra,
OS Services Booking has the Clients services history, but it only for customer, they can access to that place to check their old appointment booking. Administrator can only check the Order history of customer from backend > Manage orders.

That is great that the customers can see their past booking history, however I need a area where the customers chemical history and recipes and outcomes and recommendations can be recorded for the operators. Your system seems to be so almost complete for what I want to use it for except this.
Is there any way this can be added or done as a special change for a charge of course.
