Hi Michael

The response time will be less than 24 hours (because we are in different timezone). If it is in our working time (our timezone is GMT + 07), sometime we response you immediately, sometime it is after 1 to 3 hours... depend on the workload we are having at that time.

I believe that response time is acceptable (we are very good at support, you can check the reviews of our products on JED to see what other customers talk about our customers service).

thats great but I have a suport ticket and have emailed and had no response for several days now !
