Events Booking or Payment Form?

I'm trying to decide if it would be better for us to use Events Booking or Payment Form. Here are my basic needs right now:

We offer training courses and one small annual conference. We have no need for a true registration/tracking system because we must hand enter all registrations into a separate, state-run training database. Currently, we use a mix of PayPal buttons and basic forms to register people for our classes, using the built-in Joomla articles functionality, and it works great. However, for our upcoming conference, we now have more fields than can be passed through PayPal. We currently use BreezingForms for other purposes, and I attempted to set up the conference registration using that, but it lacks the ability for multiple registrants with one payment. Here is what we need specifically for the conference, please let me know which software would work best to meet our needs!

1- Custom fields & drop-downs to allow registrants to select their desired workshops
2- One person can register multiple people, each person must have individual information & workshops selected
3- PayPal integration
4- Multiple payment options (different prices based on certain criteria and early bird pricing).

We don't need a calendar feature, and we already use the built-in Joomla categories for event organization. Really we just need a registration form that communicates with PayPal and emails us the information.

Regarding #2, if you use Payment Form, for each person, you will need to access to the form one time to fill in information for that person.

To make it simple, I think you should use Payment Form in this case

Thanks Tuan. If we use Payment form, is it possible for the person doing the registration to make one payment for multiple people, rather than having to pay for each separately? That's our biggest concern right now.
