Not all registrants included in export

Hello,

I need help. I have the Event Booking last version, but I can't exporting all the registrants on my list.
I have 55 registrants in my list, but when I export my list on back-end, only 4 registrants are in my list, and are only in my event test.

What's happen? Any ideia?

Hi

Maybe it is something wrong with your settings. Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the two config options below and set it to Yes :

1. Include Group Billing records in CSV export

2. Include Group members records in CSV export

After that, check it again and let me know the result.
