Customer preferences form integrated w. OSproperty

Hi, I already have osproperty and membership pro installed in my site. I wanted to add new feature such as:
A short survey form or form that includes customer name, contact info, type of property they are looking for, locations, estimated time of purchase, etc. I want this form to pop up in certain pages or the main page. Also, based on this info system should be able to send list of existing properties or new added properties if the user checked the box asking for notifications.
Is there any existing extension that can be integrated to OSproperty?

Currently, OS Property doesn't have the third party extension provide the survey form like you want. But your suggestion is great, we will consider to think about it for future improvement.

Hi Lola,
Currently, we are developing new feature, this feature will be used to send the notification emails to customer, the notification emails will contain new properties that customer searched through Advanced search form.
