EDocman--A few Questions on Capabilites

Hello all,

I'm new to Joomla, and I came across your software as a method to manage documents. I have some quick questions about it:

1) On the Download Logs can this be set to be kept for an indefinite period? I'm assuming this is searchable (stored in a Mysql database?)

2) If the Document requires that the user be logged in to download, could the username be included in the download logs?

3) Is it possible to add watermarks to all viewed/downloaded documents. I would like to be able to add the username, and date/time downloaded.

4) If (3) is not integrated in the software, will a software like PDFtk work with EDocman with major modifications?

1=> Downloads log are stored in a database table. You can keep it or delete the data whenever you want.

2=> Yes. Username of the downloader will be added to download log.

3=> Unfortunately, it is not supported.

4=> I don't have experience with PDFtk so I don't know. I think some customization will be needed in this case.
