Can't locate errors in Translation page

Hi,

I made a couple Changes in the translation page. But now when I look at the booking form after clicking submit or clicking check out. I do not see

1. dial code in phone area.
It says

OS_SEL

2. Where it say's I agree with the term and condition
It says.

OS_I_AGREE_WITH_THE_TERM_AND_CONDITION
